Custom Batman Ed Benes Style by KyleRobinsonCustoms Custom Batman Ed Benes Style by KyleRobinsonCustoms
Kyle's Ed Benes Style Batman, D.O.B. 09/30/09

Here one of my latest jobs. Always loved Ed Benes style Batman, so when the request came in, I couldn't say no. The head and cape are from a DCD batman figure (Thanks to Samhain for not only inspiring me, but also hooking up the figure) The body is from 6 inch marvel legends Face off series Punisher

Badass Kyle.

Always awesome to see a Batman custom. I had to double check to make sure it was actually you who did this. I don't see too many Batman customs from you (that you post on the internet anyway), so this is awesome.

Just as long as nobody asks you to do a Year 100 Batman. YEESH.

Ugh...Hasbro. The only good toys they ever made were Transformers, Star Wars and Indiana Jones. Toy Biz are king when it comes to superhero figures. No matter what universe. Actually, are Toy Biz still even in business?

They changed their name to 'Marvel Toys' but then promptly sold the Marvel license and canceled their next series of Legendary Comic Book Heroes. I haven't seen them do anything but we do know Jesse Falcon, the head designer of Marvel Toys is still on the Hasbro side of making the Marvel Legends and Marvel Universe. Maybe everyone else there is too?

Who knows? Who can tell? You wouldn't need to Psycho Mantis though to tell what's going happen with Marvel and Disney. Let's hope there'll be no crossovers like Looney Tunes and the Justice League. Ugh...

At least they gave us some badass wrestling figures on a 6 inch scale, meaning lots and lots of random muscular shirtless bodies to be used for random shirtless muscular superhero customs.

That sounded kinda gay didn't it?

Hmm...at least they gave us that awesome Kevin Nash figure that I used for my Russian custom.

Hardly think I've got the budget for that if the bids go over a hundred. Not that they'd go that far for an action figure, unless it was something like Crash Bandicoot. Either way I wouldn't trust eBay.

100? there is a few on ebay that are only at 9.99 with less than a day left. Other than ebay, you can always hit up the trade threads in the forums. The face off punisher is pretty easy to find.
