As you may know, I am a HUGE deadpool fan. Im a subscriber to the current Cable Deadpool series and when issue 45 came out, I just simply had to recreate the cover character. An amalgam of deadpool and the cap made for a pretty simple figure fusion, really no sculpting involved. This figure might stay with my DP collection or go up for sale, I havent decided at this time, but I do know if he goes up for sale I will be making the bucky from the cover to go with him, and also will be making his sheild soon too (although he didnt have on on the cover) RECIPE: ~ Face off cap body ~ ML 6 deadpool head ~ Glued on wings from the FO cap head ~ back pack made from real cloth filled with a variety of weapons ~ full repaint with Vallejo game color. Used 3 shades for the red, one being an hot orange highlight that might be hard to see in the images, also the color of the belt came out alittle off in the images, its about the same as the cloth (weird) more pics? go here [link] |
